Mr. Levy has served as Chairman since January 2017 and has been a director since March 2006. He also currently serves as member of the board of publicly traded Allot Communications, a developer of networking systems for carriers, and privately held Genband, an innovator of IP infrastructure and Edison Properties, a real estate company in New Jersey. In 2005, Mr. Levy completed an almost 20 year career on Wall Street where he was recognized as a leading research analyst at Lehman Brothers, Solomon Brothers, Oppenheimer & Co., and Hambrecht & Quist. He holds a masters degree in business administration and a bachelor of science degree in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ms. Andreotti is a 26-year telecommunications industry veteran and President and CEO of The Andreotti Group, a strategic business advisory firm. Prior to launching The Andreotti Group, she was responsible for sales, service, and bottom-line performance at both AT&T and MCI where she built a strong track record in managing large enterprise, government, and global customers. At MCI she was President, Enterprise Markets which serviced over 280 Fortune 500 customers. She also implemented the MCI Solutions business (managed services) and helped build a $2 billion revenue stream in the business’s first year. Before joining MCI in 1990, Ms. Andreotti managed national accounts at AT&T, notably Dayton Hudson (currently Target). She delivered the first touch-sensitive PDAs with related back office systems and network into Dayton's retail operation. Andreotti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she studied Business Administration and Women in Management.

Ms. Haspilaire is Chief Human Resource Officer of Reliance Communications (Enterprise) and Global Cloud Xchange, responsible for the company’s HR, Investor Relations, and Facilities Management. She has more than 25 years of experience in general management, global strategy, business development, investor relations, sales and marketing, HR, and customer services. She has held executive and leadership positions at HENKEL Adhesive Technologies, Pacnet, Heidrick & Struggles, and AT&T. She received her MBA from Columbia University and has a BS in Mathematics / Computer Science from St. John’s University in New York.
Lead Independent Director
Mr. Jackman has been a director since February 2002. Mr. Jackman is currently the President of The Jackman Group, Inc., a management consulting company that he formed in 2005. In September 2001, Mr. Jackman retired from Tellabs, a communications company that he had been with since 1982. Mr. Jackman served as President, Global Systems and Technology, and Executive Vice President of Tellabs since 1998, and he was President of Tellabs Operations from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Jackman held various management positions in sales and marketing for IBM from 1965 to 1982. He is currently on the board of directors of Open Text, Inc., an enterprise content management solutions company. Mr. Jackman holds a bachelor of arts degree in English literature from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and a master degree in business administration from Penn State University.
Mr. Giacomo Marini has been a director since October 1996. Mr. Marini has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neato Robotics, a home robots company, since 2013. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Noventi Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based early-stage technology venture capital firm, since March 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Marini was the co-founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Logitech, a personal peripherals company, and Chief Executive Officer of two private companies. Previously, he held technical and management positions with Olivetti and IBM. He currently serves on the boards of several private companies and of the University of California at Davis Foundation. Mr. Marini holds a "Laurea" degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Mr. Sinder was first elected to the PCTEL Board of Directors in December 2014. Mr. Sinder is a telecommunications industry veteran with executive and financial experience at both public and private companies. Since July 2015, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of ByteGrid Holdings LLC, a data center and managed services company. Since September 2013, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Contee, LTD, a cable set-top box repair company based in New York, and since December 2015, as a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Compensation Committees of Impact Telecom, Inc. , a national telecommunications company. Between 2014 and 2015, Mr. Sinder served on the Board of Directors of TNCI Operating Company, LLC, a national telecommunications company based in California, which merged with Impact Telecom in December 2015. From 2012 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CoreLink Data Centers LLC. Prior to his promotion to Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sinder was Chief Financial Officer of CoreLink from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Sinder also served as Chief Financial Officer at Hostway Corporation from 2009 to 2010 and at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., Inc. from 2005 to 2008. From 1998 to 2004, he served at Focal Communications Corporation in a variety of executive and financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to joining Focal, Mr. Sinder held finance positions at Ameritech, MCI Communications, Telephone and Data Systems, and IBM. Mr. Sinder holds a BS degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
