Shelley joined PCTEL’ s legal department in 2006 and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since March 2020. She joined the leadership team as Vice President and General Counsel in 2015 and previously, she served as PCTEL’s Assistant General Counsel and as Senior Corporate Counsel.
Prior to joining PCTEL, Shelley worked with the company as outside counsel. She began her career at Chapman and Cutler law firm, where she focused on corporate and finance matters. She served as Senior Attorney at MCI Telecommunications and then joined Motorola as Senior Counsel, where she supported the Cellular Infrastructure Group and subsequently led the law department’s Global Finance Group.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
